    This is a highly documented Mack Fire Truck Type-80 , Contracted by the US Government right before WWII. Custom built in Allentown Pa. & Los Angeles for Mare Island Naval base, by San Francisco Ca.Documents include , procurement communications, specifications, build manuals, service manuals, sales brochures ect. Pictures of original fire station / Fire fighters, then off to 2nd life on the Quincy Volunteer Fire Dept. Then after that a restoration had begun, but never finished. The truck still runs its birth ThermoDyne engine, Manual trans, PTO, & pump. Again It runs and moves. I do have a new master brake cylinder for it. The Manuals and random parts in the color pictures go with the truck. This truck would be a GRAND candidate for a custom street rod. I"ve included 2 pictures of a Awesome Idea.
