    This Chevrolet Spartan T-80 Fire Truck was a Special Ordered Truck New From I DEAL Chevrolet Dealership of Marksville LA. for the City Fire Department (On both Doors I deal Chevrlet Emblem).
    Original 1963 Chevrolet Spartan T-80 COE Tilt Cab with Fire Truck body with factory 5 speed trans and Running 409 Motor with Only 20,464 Miles on it Lot Driven on my property and around the block starts and stops very nice idles excellent . Engine Casting # 3830814 - Suffix Code # TO423QE.
    Based on the Low miles and condition of Cab they stored this indoors till it was retired 2009 then went outside to parking Garage. This Truck is Original with a Very Solid cab and with only some minor rust on some of the cabinets of rear area and the frame is solid with no issues. Truck is Complete less Ladders and water in tank and Pump Unknown condition. The headliner is flling apart on center area where the light would of bolted into and the floor does have some small pin holes after a closer look.
    The 409 Motor Does run strong with newly installed plugs and wires and Pertronics Ignition Newly Rebuilt Hyd brakes with New Master Cylinder & Clutch Slave Cylinder.The Rear Dually Tires are Vintage El Dorado"s & Front Tires are Original Dunlop. DOT 1965. seem to be ok on driving on Cool day also I"m Running a bottle for gas now, Included is a New Steel fuel tank paid $975.00 the old tank is still intacked original location Maybe can be cleanned ?
