We got this truck in the fall of 2018 and began working on the mechanical systems immediately. The engine with machined and rebuilt and is a solid 292 Y block. You"ll see the original headers (not connected) in the engine pictures. We replaced the radiator and ignition systems. All brake lines are new (except the line off the new master cylinder) and have new brake pads. Both axles were completely taken apart and the 4wd is solid.
After getting the truck mechanically sound we are staring on the interior. In the box: new wiring harness, Bluetooth (but looks original) stereo, floor liner, headliner and sound dampening insulation.
What doesn"t work (hence the wiring harness) are the wipers and heater but I"ve spent no time chasing these down yet as we focused on the mechanical systems first. We did replace the flatbed wood and there are 2 extra side panels.
We had hoped to use this truck for our family business but my wife has a hard time driving it unfortunately. Granny + 4.
