1964 International Loadstar 1600 Armored Truck
This truck has a major Las Vegas, Nevada history and is believed to be only a few of these trucks left over from the time period.Amazing condition for a vehicle from 1964.This truck was used once a year for the past 10+ years during Christmas time to hand out gifts to children all across Las Vegas.Some minor cosmetic problems (paint chips in spots) (rust spots on the interior mostly by back side door) (old and outdated carpet)(shift box is outdated)
The cab was custom built by Tom Moore and Sons on a 1963 International Loadstar 1600 frame.(Tom Moore and Sons produced nearly 85% of the worlds armored trucks in its first half century of business.) Engine-International Harvester 304 V8 gas engine Transmission- 5 speed manual truck has spring loaded gun ports, twin internal exhaust fans, Front and rear air conditioning (non-working) ventilation fans, 4 opening roof vents and a shotgun/rifle gun rack mounted beside the front passenger seat.
