1971 International 4070A Transtar Road Tractor. Cummings Engine, 13 Speed Tandem. It was rebuilt at the diesel shop at the local community college and was owned by the community college as well. Excellent running and driving condition. It was built to parade for advertising the college and diesel department. It also has a D8 Caterpillar Power Unit mounted (non-running). Excellent tires. This truck has drive axle tires, front and rear. It was driven 200 miles one month ago. New batteries. We do not accept PayPal.
