We purchased this directly from the Navy(Bay Area of California). Navy had it built specifically for them by Pierce(therefore one owner as we"ve never used it!). The Navy uses these exclusively on their base and has a different way of registering and does not use titles. Therefore, we never received a title, yet I have a bill of sale from the Navy showing our purchase and ownership. Should you want me to call any DMV from any state you"re planning to bring this to, to confirm you can get a title easily, please send me a message with the name of the state, and I"ll do that for you.
