GENERAL: Although none was provided to me, Im working on getting a Delaware title to this F800. If for some reason I can not get one by the end of this auction, you are not obligated to complete the purchase; however, you still have the option. No discount will be provided from the final auction price. Included regardless are Bill of Sale from previous owner. Bill of sale from myself or DBA Commercial Asset Broker Inc., State of De Certified Motor Vehicle Inspection, State of De Application for title. HISTORY: This is a one owner F800 / TM -1800 from Hagerstown Airport Washington County, Md. The unit was dis positioned from active serviced due to a new machine was purchased. Fully functional with normal wear and visible signs of routine maintenance. Low hour, Low mileage, Well Maintained.
CONDITION: I have not operated this under full power as a sprayer due to not wanting to saturate my yard with antifreeze; however, all spray functions have been tested operational, and, Certs are included.
I have used this instead, to aide cutting down (4) large trees, paint a three story building, and change multiple elevated light bulbs. It made a good pinata holder and rope swing apparatus at my kid"s birthday party! Its been generally pleasurable owning and operating this around my property and local businesses. It has a lot of engineered components but they are well laid out and generally easy to understand and access. I"ve driven this approx 90 - 100 total miles. The front tires are in good shape but give a bit of a bumpy ride at low speeds. The maintenance crew said they have flat spots from sitting and could use some equal. IDK, the tread wear is like new all the way around. The rear tires were installed new last year. Its in Extraordinarily well maintained condition for a 30 year old vehicle. The paint looks a little rough from service touch ups but the body and all accessories are in excellent overall condition. The little bit of rust shown in the pics is surface rust only. Starts easily in all weather conditions. Does not smoke or leak any fluids at either engine nor has anything abnormal been observed leaking or in need of repair from any of the on board systems. Full specs, Operators Manuals, Manufacturers Literature, Certs, Maintenance History, & More included. Haggerstown appraised this machine"s value at $20K in the accompanying sale documents. Terms of Sale: REQUIRED: $500 deposit via Paypal due within 24 hours on the completion of the sale otherwise I will move on to the second highest bidder. Payment in full within 1 week. I prefer cash or certified funds on pickup / transport or other guaranteed funds. If you must use PayPal, I am amicable but you should expect to absorb the fee. They charge 2.9%. This F800 is safely stored at my residence and can remain there for a Reasonable amount of time while you handle Transportation / Logistics on your end provided that the vehicle is paid in full. I am happy to help with transportation quotes provided by my preferred local vendors ; however, if you are transporting a long distance I recommend and will refer you to uship.com. I do not have a preferred carrier for long distance delivery.
