Hello, You are bidding on a used truck that was used for driver training classes. The Cummins engine says FORMULA on the side of the top cover; and on the bottom of the engine it says BIG CAM. The sticker on the dash says Roadranger 9 speed; and the top of the shifter is missing. I do not see anything that says that it has an engine brake. The tires are 11R22.5. The rear tires are fairly new, but the truck has been sitting for some time. There are various small parts missing such as a gauge in the dash, a round mirror, the driver"s door latch, the inside of the passenger"s door, the seat is not bolted down. The engine should be able to start and it is a newer engine. There are no batteries in the truck and I have no means nor knowledge to try to start the truck. When you leave here with it, you will have to take it to a neighboring town for a VIN inspection before I can give you the clear title that I have. (The title is a Pennsylvania title and Ohio requires a check to see that the VIN number matches the title {I will pay for that}.)
