This is a1989 Peterbilt 379 two axle day cab air ride suspension Catapillar engine 3306 300 hp 10 speed eaton transmission and locking eaton rearend, runs good drives good DOT legal currently in Non operational status with clean California title , Miles show 223564 but highly doubt that is the correct mileage , actual mileage unknown , I don’t have a lot of history on the truck because I have not owned it very long I was told by the previous owner the engine was rebuilt three years ago but no paperwork and no Way to verify this , engine is a 1995 3306 cat rated at 300Hp at 1900 rpm based on the tag, transmission is in Eaton 10 speed model number T13710B , truck has been tested about 30 miles shifts and runs good, has new alternator , power steering , A/C works, wheel base is 164, The following are items I noticed that need attention , paint faded and peeling , small dents on body see pictures fender cracked , grill has dents , stack guard has dents , Front wheels are aluminum but appear to have been painted , rear wheels or steel and they are all bud style, tires are all legal some better than others , brakes look almost new , interior is decent the flat part of the Dash where the gauges are has been painted looks like new carpet but it looks like cheap carpet needs a headliner radio does not work speakers missing on headliner , Driver seat good condition air ride, passenger seat needs to be redone non air ride , this is an old truck in decent shape but please remember it’s 29 years old it is not new condition and needs work would be a great project for somebody to fully restore all of the aluminum on the cab has no rot at all , all of the steel on the frame etc is rust free this truck came from California and doesn’t appear to ever have been in the salt , if you have any questions that I have not already put on here please feel free to ask or if you’re in the area come by and look at the truck , truck is being sold as is where is with a clean California title new owner is responsible for shipping I can deliver to limited areas email me and I will give you a quote , truck is being sold because it’s not California compliant unless you run under 1000 miles a year , $500 deposit due within 48 hours the balance with them three days I can store the truck no problem while you make arrangements to pick up truck but still be paid for within three days, truck is in Coarsegold ca that"s 35 miles north of Fresno ca thanks !
