1991 Dodge Wide One w/ disabled lift and high top with solid chassis, engine, transmission and body. Starts and drives. Nice condition. Stowed away for several years and has never seen winters. Owner"s consideration for an RV with special use options is left undone. The Wide One is a platform for a class B motor coach. I live far away from the vehicle and travel back and forth from it"s location. It would be driving but my tools are in my home state. This van has many options which makes for unlimited possibilities. It has a 5.9L 350 gas engine with 129853 miles, automatic transmission, PS, AC front to back, heavy duty suspension, extra room and the high top option with sliding windows. The Wide One is hard to find and offers special conversion options. This is a project vehicle currently being worked on nearing completion with a very good mechanic and a short distance from a motorhome center that specializes in projects like this. For regular use and driving it is needing the radiator repaired or replaced, a corroded freeze plug at the engine rear needs replaced (cost for this runs 500-700 or a day"s work for a motor head), it had two newer tires, two others need replaced, it has a new battery and needs wiring fixed with the lift needing troubleshooting but it will work - (easy for the right person or a couple hours at a shop), a new catalytic converter was purchased that has not been installed. Some TLC, minor cleaning, detailing and exterior paint work needs done. Bottom line: good van with special options waiting for someone to use. Don"t expect 30 MPG but MPG can be change to yield better than the 12 - 15 it gets - this can be done inexpensively. The van has lots of potential and is a great opportunity. Delivery is available. The van is currently insured so at reasonable cost to the purchaser plus consideration of minimal repairs for van to be driven, the van can be delivered to location of the purchaser.
