Local pickups are welcome at our office in Dubuque Iowa. No Charge for local pickup will need to collect Iowa Sales Tax on Local pickups.

Payment must be received within 10 days of the close of auction. If payment isn"t received within 10 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
Shipping:
Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday)
Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, Speedee or USPS.
International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.
Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, we will send in a single shipment unless separate packages is needed or required.

Returns:
Notification of returns must be received within 3 business days of your receipt of the item. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the item to us. If you have a problem we will work with you to resolve partial refunds for problems can be arranged to avoid having to return an item.
