1992 Ford E-350 Ambulance / Police mobile command center. 7.3 diesel, automatic, 146k miles. This ambulance belonged to the town of Madison in CT, it was their Police mobile command center. The van was serviced its entire life by Hammonasset Ford. Madison is wealthy town, and this van got whatever it needed whenever it needed anything. Having been serviced by the dealer its whole life really shows. Its extremely clean, runs very well and drives down the road great. The paint is in overall nice condition and shines, the interior is clean and well kept. The ambulance has a working (and very loud) PA system, working sirens, working strobes and flashers with two Whelen 4500 Plus light bars. The tires on the van have good tread, but they are slightly dry rotted. The lights alone on this van are worth a couple thousand. This van would make an awesome work van, mobile office, camper / RV, mobile dog groomer, food truck, etc.. the possibilities are endless. Just Google ambulance expedition vehicle and look at the awesome trucks people have built from these. You would be hard pressed to find one in better condition anywhere.
