refunded. This policy differs from a buyer accepting an item and requesting a return for a valid reason. Cost of Shipping or Freight is not a
valid basis to request a refund. If you have a question about the cost of shipping, please ask before agreeing to sale.
Return Policy
All returns my be approved before buyer returns item. Photographic evidence of defect or basis for return must be submitted on same day
as return request. Kindly do not return item until your request has been approved. TRF Surplus reserves the right to refuse returns in
accordance with Policies.

TRF Surplus is committed to providing timely processing and shipping. Freight item listings require a third party freight quote at market
rates. We work hard to provide you with the lowest freight rates. Turn around time on freight shipping is subject to delays by third party agents
coordinating shipping tasks. * We no longer allow buyers to send their own carriers.

Is the delivery address zoned commercial, residential, industrial, or farm? A forklift at a home based business would still be considered a
residential delivery. This is important to both us the seller and you as the buyer, as the LTL Freight Companies will be assessing charges
based on that information. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges asses by the freight forwarder, regardless of when they are
assessed. This means if you tell us you are a business and you are deemed to be residential delivery, you will receive and invoice from us
for those charges as well as a 15% service charge, so please be accurate in the description of the delivery address. There may be other options
available to keep costs down but we can"t help buyers with that after charges have been assessed by the Freight Forwarder. For Residential
Freight Delivery Customers: Freight to a residence or lift-gate service is notoriously expensive. We are happy to help you keep costs down by
shipping to a freight terminal nearest you.

Buyer/Buyers agent assumes care of property at time of receipt. Buyers agree to mark an item received when they/their agent has taken possession

and there will be no refunds.
