For sale is a 1993 UMC Aeromate Step Van, built by Utilimaster, with 240000 miles on a 1993 Dodge Caravan v6 motor.
This truck starts right up and runs, in fact I drove it daily for over a year and a half, but it needs work...motor, front end, a/c and some body stuff.
As you can see by the pictures, it"s in fairly good shape for its age and I put money into it to work out a lot of the bugs when I first bought it. The saving grace is that I was able to drive it and make money while I was restoring it, but paying a mechanic can get challenging, so someone who is mechanically inclined can get a bargain to finish the project.
The cool thing about this truck is the amount of cargo area that fits on such a small footprint...
Outside - 18 feet long, 8 feet tall & 6 feet wide
Interior cargo - 8 1/2 feet long, 6 feet tall, 70 inches wide at the walls & 51 inches wide between the wheel wells.
These were only made for a few years in the 90"s and currently sought after for use as food trucks and work trucks.
