Engine GM 350 / 5.7 Liter, 8 cylinder. Approximately 52,000 miles on the engine.
Equipped with 33 foot telescopic Arm Lift Boom, Fiberglass Bucket. Boom operates well.A few of the back tool boxes are rusted out and may need repair. When I purchased this truck I was informed that the engine was replaced at 90,000 miles with a brand new GM 350 , 5.7 liter, 8 cylinder engine, a heavy duty pressure plate, clutch disc & throw out bearing. I purchased it with 97,000 miles on June 21, 2004. Now it has 142,000 miles. When electricity was available on work site. I would use a portable electric battery charger, to charge the boom batteries and did not run the gas engine. I would estimate about 95% of the time the boom was in use the trucks engine was not running!! The truck was previously owned by a private owner who purchased it from Northwest Cable Company in 1999. He said he only used it to paint his barn and trim trees! I have changed the oil regularly every 2000 miles while I have owned it. Front and rear brake lines replaced in 2008. Multibattery Isolator replaced in fall of 2012. Replaced both boom batteries, changed the booms gear lube but not the filter this spring. The trucks regular battery was replaced in March of 2014.
