1995 P30 Step Van, 142,XXX original miles. Engine repairs were made in Arkansas in October. I drove it from Little Rock to Las Vegas without issue, and it passed smog when I got here. It is currently registered in Nevada. All six tires are new (like less than 100 miles on them new). It is a gas engine and automatic transmission. The truck was in operation until about a week ago. It runs well, and I haven"t had any mechanical issues with it since. All of the equipment in the truck is NSF. The truck passed the initial Nevada health inspection. The only things that we were supposed to update was to have a sheet of flat metal put up on the walls behind the fryer and to put a window screen over the service window.

1 Arctic Air commercial freezer
1 Adcraft commercial convection oven, 1/4 sheet pan size

1 3 compartment sink with drainboards on both sides
1 hand washing sink
1 hot water heater
The truck could use a little tlc, but is in good enough condition to be used right away. I have tried to be completely honest, and as thorough as possible, but let me know if you have any questions.
A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required within 24 of auction"s end. Buyer should be able to pay for and pick up the truck within a week. I have to pay to park it currently, so I cannot store it longer.
