New exhaust,flip bumper, New paint on entire truck, new rubber, New interior in cab. New seats, new mattress. The bad is engine has some oil leaks that need checked out, and frame has some pitting on rear of it. Rails were blasted and painted. But still can see some pitting. Truck runs and drives great.
