1995 Volvo VE D12-370VT Tandem Sleeper Semi Truck Tractor
For sale is a 1995 Volvo Sleeper Semi Truck in excellent condition. The truck has been carefully and faithfully maintained and maintenance records will come with the truck.
As you can see in the images below the truck is in perfect running condition and has been maintained by JX Peterbilt in Bolingbrook Illinois. Cosmetically, It shows quite nicely as it is originally a Florida vehicle and has been kept in an indoor facility during winter months while in Chicago for just the last year. The truck has seen regular short haul, light duty use over the past year and has only 1 previous owner which was Alex Job Racing, which is the winningest Sports Car endurance racing team in American history. This truck was used exclusively to haul the race car trailer to various events around the country such as Laguna Seca, Daytona, Sebring, Lime Rock, etc and only up north in the summer. The racing schedule resulted in virtually no driving in snowy weather on salty roads for the first 20 years of its life. The truck is currently owned and being sold by the WeatherTech automotive accessory company and has been not only stored inside and used sparingly, but has also been maintained without regard to expense by JX Peterbilt in Bolingbrook Illinois. It is ready to go to work.

New steer tires: Michelin XZA3+ Evertread (275/80R 22.5) New drive tires: Yokohama Super Steel TY577 (295/75R 22.5) Aluminum wheels cleaned, inspected and polished. All fluids & filters changed. Heating/cooling systems flushed and recharged. New starter, power converter, block heater, torque arms and yoke on driveshaft seal.The truck runs well, shifts well, and has been reliable with no significant or recurring mechanical issues.
