1996 IHC 2654 heavy duty double frame automatic rolloff truck. This truck has a clear title and has had one owner. Cab and rockers are are rusty.Pretty nice truck inside.All hydraulics operate smoothly.Truck has 33215 miles showing and a IHC 6 cylinder engine with milky oil. Seer tires are 385/65/22.5 at 50% and rears are all re caps 11R22.5 at 70% or better.Truck has a loop on the bed, most are cable or hook which I believe this could be easily converted to.
