400k on new motor
2004 complete rear clip15 speed transmission with 3:70 gear ratio.
New bushings, bearings, all new gears in front box, ( Bull gear, intermediate gear, cam, crank, water pump, fuel pump and air compressor). Trans shifts smooth and nice, rears are in good shape. Wheel base is stretched to 309 and low leaf. Double framed.
Needs paint and a frame blast to be nice... Pictures are the way it looks now. Tech doesn"t work, have new sensor in sidebox. One of the jake wires on the high side has bad connection. Jakes work on low and med but not high. It had a over head recently about 50k ago.. Would wait for the next over head and have them fix the bad connected wire. Very well could have been bumped during last overhead.
Truck is very very dependable and gets 6.2 mpg all day long loaded heavy. Doesn"t use oil, and doesn"t smoke. Doesn"t have any blow by either. Too much stuff to list that"s been replaced... But everything has been changed on this truck in the last few years. Even updated the radiator head mounts to old 359 style firewall bars with genuine parts. The truck is what it is.. A solid truck.
