I have for sale my beloved truck and trailer. It is a 1999 Peterbilt 379EXHD with a 12.7 Detroit S60, it is rare to find a Pete with a Detroit. The trailer is a 2013 Fontaine RevolutionH 53’ stepdeck.
The truck is an Owner Operator truck and setup, this truck has every option that was available in 1999. This truck has a clean RigDig report. This is an excellently maintained truck and a wonderful truck to drive. I truly believe this is the era that Peterbilt had everything built just right. I have driven newer trucks, but this one I keep coming back to, because of how it was built and designed. A 1999 is a pre-emission truck and a exempt from ELDs. This truck is fully loaded, it has every gauge possible, power and heated mirrors, power locks, locking diffs, air lock sliding fifth wheel, window wings, LED headlights, work lights for the front and rear, hot and cold pyrometer, load gauge, etc. I have the Pittsburgh PowerBox installed, running on Level 3 it produces 575 horsepower. It has the Kevin Rutherford’s ScanGauge and I have a brand new OPS1 oil purification in a box ready to be installed. Currently installed, is the JJKeller ELD, because I do operate with the ELD, even though this truck is not required to have and ELD. This truck pulls and runs very well, while getting great MPG, because of the Detroit. The engine recently had an inframe and I also had new injectors installed. The front-end is tight and it drives straight. I also have installed six new slack adjusters on the tractor. The truck’s transmission and differentials were rebuilt some years back. This truck has a pre-emission Tri-Pac APU to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winters. The APU has an automatic setting to keep the batteries charged during your downtime. I installed four new Interstate AGM batteries about a year ago. The truck has an enclosed headache rack with shelving. It also has a top box for tarps. Of course is has a microwave, refrigerator and TV for your down time. I love the sleeper setup, because it is bench seating, with a fold down table to work and sit at. In the evening it has a fold down bed, that is big and comfortable. The tires are 24.5, they are in great shape. I have the BrakeSafe Arrow Logger installed to measure brake stroke travel. No expense was spared on this truck, if it needed replacing/fixing it was done. I believe in maintaining my equipment.
Included is a 2013 Fontaine RevolutionH 53’ step deck trailer. If you are not familiar with the Fontaine RevolutionH design, it is unique. It is an excellent trailer, very strong and lightweight. The upper deck is 10’ giving you a lower deck of 43’. The RevolutionH has ‘turtles’, which are modular anchor points that you can put in the middle of the trailer and remove them when not needed. It has built in chains along the side rails that are rated at 6,600lbs. The side rails are fully boxed making them stronger than the typical side rails. The trailer is equipped with a load gauge. This trailer has 2 storage boxes and ramps for the upper and lower decks. You can use the ramps individually or combine them for a full 16’ of length. The ramps are heavy duty and rated at 23,500lbs per axle. It has a sliding rear axle and a dump valve. The tires are 22.5, they are in great shape and I have the BrakeSafe Arrow Logger installed to measure brake stroke travel.

This setup is complete and turn-key. It comes with all the chains, tarps, binders, straps, v-boards, ramps, truck and trailer. There is nothing that needs to be done to this truck, you are able to put it to work today.
