We are exiting the car hauling business after 6 years. This 2000 F-350 7.3 liter Turbo Diesel was on the road every day until this fall. It has an additional 55 gallon fuel gravity flow fuel tank. Total full fuel is 75 gallons.
We replaced the engine and transmission in this truck about 18 months ago, from a 2001 wrecked truck, that we also owned. Approximate mileage on the engine is 275,000. Title is Clear TMU.
This engine has always been a good starting engine even on below freezing days but there is an intermintent miss, which is probably a sticking injector. Good low cost starter truck for someone looking to get started in the auto hauling business. The GVWR is 12,500lbs
