For sale 2000 Volvo VNL64 Cummins ICM with 10spd Meritor trans .Truck runs and drives good and its in good condition .
Recently replaced -air compressor ,air governor ,air governor gasket ,fuel pump gasket , a/c compressor with clutch ,a/c receiver /drier , new refrigerant with dye . -$1850
Oil change 3000mil ego .
At 1.349.000mil replaced heater core/ac evaporator , new 2 thermostats & seals , flush and put new medallion plus guard antifreeze, bunk heater houses ,renew heater core ,replaced hoses on sleeper connection, new bunk air filter , replaced sleeper vent doors , , replaced wheel seals and adjusted brakes -$1400
At 1.348.000mil replaced valve cover and injector #6 , clutch adjustment - $669
At 1.346.000 replaced injector #3 , change synthetic oil in both differentials , -$1000
New windshield 10.000 mil ego 150$
At 1.337.000mil -install and program new ECM Cummins computer , replace new fuel line from head to cooler plate . over $2000 .
At 1.333.000 - replaced front brake shoe, brake drums ,brake chambers , replaced in-put seal at steer gear box , new wheel seal and axle shaft gaskets , replaced inner and outer bearing & racers , replaced pressure and return hose .its - $979 .
At 1.332.000 replaced anchorage front springs, front spring leaf , u - bolt , bolt spring leaf front , shackle spring , pins and shackles , new spring hangers on back, front shock absorber , brakes adjustment , new hood grille air intake , new hood mirror, -$2945 .
At 1.295.000mil - replaced king pins and bushings -both sides , replaced tie rods LH RH , replaced all belts , tensioner and idler pulley , - $1530 .
At 1.289.000mil - replaced brake chambers on front , new air horn ,new air horn solenoid its . -$ 574 .
At 1.233.000mil - replaced heavy duty clutch - Eaton -2050TQ , new pilot bearings , new clutch brake ,replaced mounting transmission rubber bushing , new slave cylinder , new transmission clutch fork , resurface F/W -15" , replace exhaust flaxy pipe - $2090 .
At 1.232.000mil - replaced low and high pressure hoses in the sleeper , new a/c hoses in the bunk , new r& r fuel tank fairing -$439 .
At 1.230.000 replace exhaust manifold gasket and bolts -$650.
Last year new heavy duty starter and all 4 batteries was replaced .
Good rubbers in the rear and at last 80% in the front firestones , front bumper was repainted and part of the hood and fenders , brand new hood grill that I never have chance to install , frame was repainted with Eastwood rust converter , and another coat of black paint was put on it ,transmission shifts perfect , like I mention truck drive and looks good , has some oil leaks but that"s normal for that age. Truck its over 1.300.000mil but a lot of parts was replaced in last 2 years and over $25.000 was spend it , there its no engine knocking or smoke coming from the exhaust .That was my first truck that I really took care of and change oil every 12.000 - 15.000mil., those VNL Volvos are very good trucks with low maintains . I forget to mention truck has cooler, microwave and cobra 1500W power inverter . I have receipts for almost every repaired.
