Due to a NON PAYING BIDDER, I am forced to relist my truck.
Up for bids today is a 2001 GMC Box Truck with 16 foot box made by Supreme Corporation. It has always been well cared for, both cosmetically and mechanically. Great running 350 V8 engine with recent valve job and rebuild. Smooth shifting Automatic Transmission and Ice Cold A/C. All receipts and Service Records are included.
3 years ago, It was involved in a very minor accident damaging only the leading edge of the right front fender, the R/F corner park lamp, edge of the grill and small damage to front bumper. The headlight was never broken and there was no damage to the hood. The damage was minor so it was driven away and continued to be used. The insurance company was notified and wanted to total the truck but because the original owner had just rebuilt the engine and done other work on it, he insisted on keeping the truck and accepted a check for the damages from the insurance company. He fixed the truck and continued to drive it as he had always done. When it was about time to renew his tags, he went to DMV who then notified him that his truck was issued a Certificate of Destruction in place of his title so he could no longer register it in Florida.
Instead of the usual title or salvage title, this truck now comes with a CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION issued by the State of Florida which means that it is ONLY SUITABLE FOR EXPORT, SALVAGE or for someone to purchase with C.D. knowledge.
This truck is very clean, runs great with Ice Cold A/C. Shifts great, stops great and is a wonderful all around truck. Goes down the road, smooth, quiet and straight with no issues. It could use a set of tires but other than that, everything else is in good operation.
I am able to store this truck for a reasonable length of time and I am also willing to drive it to your shipper or other location.
