Here is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor in automotive transportation. I am finally retiring, I have been hauling cars for 30 years and it"s time to move on.
in my opinion this is the best configuration ever designed for hauling cars , trucks , wrecks ever built. She"s is an oldie but goodie. This truck can haul a 1500 pickup on the headrack at 13"4"", also has a four car headrack. If you know anything about car hauling you would know it is all about the number of units that you can get on the tractor. Check out the trailers high mount and stinger they all can haul six units. The money is in the tractor. This unit can haul any configuration , six , seven , or eight unit loads with ease. I know it doesn"t have a sleeper no one will tell you that YOU will lose money driving a truck with a sleeper. On average you can make $600 to $800 on a unit the sleeper takes away that unit. when on the road there is a company called Corporate Lodging that you can get a discounted room for $60-80 dollars a night. Way more comfortable than sleeping in a bunk peeing in a bottle.
I have spent a lot of money on maintenance and repairs on this truck over the years. I am a firm believer that every dollar you spend on preventive maintenance you save five dollars in the long run. Come and see you will know for it"s age truck is in good condition. Should you buy this truck it will be ready to go on day one. In all reality the cost of the truck is about seven weeks of revenue, not much to pay. Equipment in this industry is VERY expensive. If I had not retired I would still be driving this truck today without reservation. It is certainly not perfect but with a little TLC this truck still has a lot of life in her. On average the engine uses one gallon of oil every 10,000 miles. I change the oil every 15,000 miles and just did a complete oil change. You will get a full tank of fuel when you pickup the truck.
What I would like to do is sell the whole operation. In the price is my operating authority if you would like. I have permanent operating authority saving you a few week waiting for the DOT to issue you yours. I also have a ton of odds and ends that I have collected over the years that you can have, fittings , hoses , nuts , bolts , and my office equipment , printer , and fax machine as I will no longer have use for them.
Any questions that you have I will gladly answer email me at : carhauler390@ yahoo.com
