    Up for auction is 2002 Elgin Whirlwind Street Sweeper. This unit was owned and maintained by a local county government, and has been recently retired only because they purchased newer equipment. The unit runs and drives, and is completely functional. All three sweeper units and the dump were tested to be functioning. Vehicle does have some surface rust, but it can be brought back to like new condition with very little effort. Similar trucks are selling upwards of $20,000. This one is listed for $14000.
