2002 Volvo WAH 64T, 10 car transport. Four car head rack and six car 2001 Delavan trailer equipped 40 ratchet wheel straps plus many chains as backup.
This is a working truck with over $15,000 worth of recent repairs & upgrades. We have about 120 man-hours in work too. It’s been used on a weekly basis to haul cars from Fort Dodge Iowa to Sturgis, South Dakota the new STURGIS CAR MUSEUM. We bought this truck with the sole purpose of moving these 150 cars and reselling when finished. The work is done and she is ready for a new owner! We spent extra money to make this unit road worthy to prevent breakdowns, Our driver was a volunteer and we didn"t want him hitch hiking!
The tractor is equipped with an ISM Cummings 400hp red cap diesel engine (Jake brake, cruise ,cold AC etc) with CA compliant emission system and 10 speed transmission.
A major mile service was performed on tractor and trailer just 10k miles ago and DOT inspection completed and passed. Please call for a list of the parts and repairs made at this time. The tractor has all new virgin rubber with the drives having just 10k miles on them The trailer has a mix of matched virgin and re-cap tires. from 10k miles and up.
All six fuel injectors were replaced and the computer was re-flashed with the latest updates in June 2018.
The trailer is fully functional with low loading angle for today"s car and trucks. It has NO hydraulic leaks.
The truck has performed very well and is ready for the next owner.
We would be more than willing to help the new owner learn how to drive and operate the truck properly.
The truck can be inspected and picked up either in Sturgis South Dakota or Fort Dodge Iowa. (Currently In Sturgis)
