New radiator,new cooler,new break job (drums,pads) new bearing ,new seals rear tires are 60-70 treat on them 4 aluminum wheels 2 metals Comes with sleeper that the previous owner installed but is not finish also will need one fuel tankSemi truck fifth wheel and a heavy duty bumper hitch included
