Thanks for Looking. I own a small Spring Water Co in Northeast PA. I am selling my Hino FB Automatic transmission beverage truck. I used this truck everyday for 8 years and am downsizing my business as I am getting older and switched to delivering with Vans instead of larger trucks.
I haven"t used the truck in a couple of years and and as it is just sitting I figured I should sell it. The engine is in great shape and it has an Allison automatic transmission. The 6 tires on it are brand new. I just bought them before taking the truck off the road. The back beverage body is all Aluminum/Magnesium.
I started it and noticed a leak in a transmission line somewhere (from sitting) as fluid was going on the ground. Needless to say it will not shift with the leak so it will need to be towed or trailered away.
The truck will undoubtedly will need some work but it is still a good truck and wanted someone to be able to use it instead of just getting rid of it for scrap.
I have tried to sell the truck on ebay before and the winning bidder informed me (after winning the auction) that all he wanted was the engine. I informed him that he had to take the whole truck. ...(after all the whole back could be recycled for a pretty penny) but all he wanted was the engine. This was not the deal and I don"t want to be left with a truck with no engine, so I did not complete the transaction.
So please, please understand it is the whole truck that is for sale and can not be driven away. It must be towed or trailered.
