Hidden Ladders:
The drivers side cargo area will fit 2 ladders. Currently stored almost hidden is (1) 8’ ladder & (1) 10’ ladder. The 8’ & 10’ stored will fit in either position. So it could also fit (2) 10’ ladders or (2) 8’ ladders. No guarantee it will fit every ladder out there. Ladders not included.
Pipe Rack:
Passenger side is a shelving spot to hold 10’ pipe. The shelves are 9’ 1” long plus 11” hanging out the end. Shelf is lined with plywood to reduce noice.
Drawers:
About 130 plastic material drawers in 3 sizes by 18” deep. Made so they will not open while driving or pull out too far when opening. Yet can be easily removed to carry into a job. Dividers are plastic or cardboard. Steel shelves are 18” deep.
Steel Cabinets:
2 18” Locking steel cabinets that have the backs cut out in areas to increase depth to about 24”.
Tool Chest:
Locking Chest has grip latch drawers that don’t open while driving. 3/4” plywood top with rubber mat. All drawers have liners.

Millage:
Vehicle is moved occasionally, so actual millage may be slightly more.
Lettering:
Vinyl lettering will be removed for the seller. Lettering has not been on for long. Will make every effort to remove glue and any remnants, but make no guarantees.

License & Title:
Title is a clean Texas title. Truck passed a Texas safety inspection in 2019. License plates do not come with the truck.
The bad:
Display is out in the stereo
Small roof water drip above driver, maybe from the strobe light
Air conditioner compressor turns on, sounds good, but is low on freon so it cycles. Will try to get more R134 added.
Minor scratches in passenger corner window
New belt but still sometimes squeaks when wet
Minor chips, scratches, & few small corrosion bubbles on paint & bumpers
More about this model:
Same as GM’s last production step vans in the late 1990’s with Chevy / GMC nameplate. Known as a P30. Workhorse purchased the rights and took over production of these work van chassis with all specs remaining the same until this model year.
Also included:
Full size seat & pedestal (passenger seat matching the drivers seat).
The body is built by Utilimaster. This one has the 81” tall ceiling. A 6’ person with boots and hardhat can stand straight up inside.
This has the last and most modern 350ci version of the small bock Chevy. With about 95k miles it still runs strong and get’s up and goes for a big truck.
Other notes:
Willing to fully or partial strip cargo area to original plywood walls & floor (rear heater remaining) and dispose the items after full payment. So the vehicle could be used for other purchases such as delivery or a food truck.
This information is the best to my knowledge. Buyers are encouraged to view the truck and ask questions. More pictures available on request. It’s a great work truck but anything of this caliber is sold as is.
