. Very clean cube van with only 64500 miles. 6.0 liter gas motor with automatic transmission, runs and drives great. Tires in fair condition, about 50% tread on rear, 75% fronts. Comes equipped with a 5.5 kw Cummins Onan generator that runs great and operates lights and receptacle throughout the van inside the box and out, equipped with circuit breakers. Generator runs off truck fuel tank. The box area includes shelving and cabinets and countertop work areas. All doors work good and lock, and the entire box body is all aluminum, built very well, inside has fiberglass finished walls, floor has rubber over aluminum. Box manufacturer is Utilimaster. Box measures inside front to back, 142”, (12 foot box length), inside width, 91”, (8 foot wide box), and inside height is 6 foot. Sliding door between box cargo area and cab, with window. Steel step bumper into back has built in receiver hitch and trailer light hookup. The box also has a vent on the roof with fan that could be taken off if you needed the truck to be lowered by about 8 inches, total height as is is about 9’ 10”. The truck had another vent that was taken off at some point and sealed off. Truck GVWR is 12000, and has very beefy suspension. Overall a very clean unit, clean undercarriage with very little surface rust on limited areas. The body is good other than a rust spot under the passenger side door.
