An immediate non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500 is due via a credit card over the phone. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours after the closure of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment include: cashiers check/certified bank check sent over, wire transfer/direct deposit or cash. If the purchaser comes out to drive the vehicle outside the State of California, California sales tax will have to be collected. In most cases, when you pay the sales tax in the State of California, you will not have to pay sales tax again in your home state, however, it would be your responsibility to check with your department of motor vehicles to confirm this. Temporary tags will be provided to allow you to legally drive the vehicle back to your destination. If the vehicle is transported via a licensed car hauler outside the State of California, then California sales tax will not be collected. In addition to the sales price, there is also a documentation fee of ($65) along with a "Clerical, Title, Express" fee of $199.50 that will be assessed on top of the sales price. If customer needs assistance with shipping, we can assist customer in locating a possible transporter but cost of delivery is customers responsibility.
