I have up for sale a 2006 Freightliner M2 business class truck that has the desired sport chassis setup on it. The truck is equipped with a CAT C7 Acert diesel motor which is backed by an Allison 6speed trans. The truck runs flawlessly. Has always been taken care of maintenance wise. Oil change intervals of approx. every 10miles. Shell Rotella T synthetic oil has been used and truck has been greased and looked over every weekend. The truck was used for my car hauling business. Had a Kaufman 5 car trailer on it and truck worked great. Never missed a beat. It was constantly being washed and looked over religiously since it is what I drove all over for business and upholding an image. Truck looks great and has a lot of life left in it.
Motor and trans, CAT C7 Acert, 317k on it. Truck seemed like it was losing a little power on a trip so I sent it into the shop. I had all injectors checked 2 were reading weaker than the other 4 so I had them all replaced, at the same time head was completely removed. all regasketed, New injector cups, head was machined and pressure tested, front main seal, new gasket on front access panel, new air compressor, new alternator, new fan clutch, new fuel pump, new fuel water separator. plus a lot more. gives you and idea of the care and amount of money I have dumped into the truck for peace of mind. Dual 80 gallon fuel tanks.
Rearend, front end, All new rotors, pads, bearings, calipers on rear axle, front pads are new as well. trucks stops and brakes on a dime, air parking brake. non air brake truck. non cdl required. Tires are Goodyear HSA on the fronts 22.5"s. Have approx. 90% tread, Rears are Dunlop drives that are 75%. All wheels are bud wheels and are in excellent shape. Extended braided air lines on the wheels.
Interior, All brand new stereo (in shop currently getting upgraded stereo that is costing me 1500. All brand new German Maistro doors with D&D audio components, brand new Sony touch screen radio with blu tooth, big flip down tv screen, 6 disc movie deck, All air ride/ heated seats, rear bench seat that folds down into a bed via switch on door, also have a custom covered to match 4-5 mattress pad that is a lot more comfy than the seat folded down, tilt steering and all windows are power, power locks, cruise, tilt, backup camera, heated mirrors, rear air bag dump, engine brake, air ride hitch with power control and pressure gauge on dash, A/C, heat etc. All overhead L.E.D lighting and accent lighting behind it.
Exterior, front end has had a small crack that was fixed due to rock hitting right under passenger headlight, paint kinda miss matched, (freightliner messed up on color matching) two new headlights, Hood and bumper have STRUT package installed, full weaved stainless grill inserts in hood, bumper and air cleaner. These pieces are $5500.00 from STRUT, (YES not a typo $5500!!!) new windshield, tinted rear windows, diamond plate bed, rear air ride hitch, diamond plate tool box , kinda beat up but its 99.00 for a new one), rear ranch style bed, two spots on rack from previous owner hitting it. have detailed pics of these areas. new mud flaps. Rear power, rear class 5 hitch, full L.E.D lighting all around.
OVERVIEW, I am forgetting ALOT i"m sure but you get the jist. if you"ve ever looked at one of these trucks you know how nice they are. This truck gets looks everywhere it goes, It shines like crazy. Couple spots where aluminum does that oxidation crap that it does but it still looks great!!! Drives straight and maintenance has been IMPECCABLE on this machine. Has a couple of issues. Couple cracks in the trim pieces on the floor where people get in and step on em, drivers rear window doesn"t go down (haven"t looked into it yet) the two rear spots on rack where previous owner jackknifed trailer I presume and also on bed where he unhooked and didn"t air down before pulling out. I am the 2nd owner of the truck. Germain Oneal and Unique Whips owned the truck prior to me purchasing the unit. You can see videos on youtube where this truck has delivered LeBron James Ferrari and a bunch of other celebrity rides so you know if it delivers those expensive cars of 100k plus that it needed to look good. I"ve owned it for approx. 5-6 years and the only reason for selling is I bought a Volvo semi with a 10 car trailer.
