**This is a very clean 4x4 bucket truck out of Texas. We purchased it from a major electric company.
We were told the 6.0 ltr. diesel engine in this truck has metal shavings / particles in the oil. It will crank over
but not start. I feel certain the engine is going to need major repairs or replaced. Please bid
accordingly.
I have described this property as I see it, but recommend you come and make your own inspection
prior to purchasing, as all sales are final. This property is sold as is, where is, without guarantee
or warranty, expressed or implied. Purchaser agrees that this vehicle will be purchased for
commercial / business use. Please call Randy at (304) 227-4600 with any questions you
may have or to set up an appointment for inspection. This property is available for local pick up
only. We will load it, but the purchaser will be responsible for arranging and paying for the
transportation / shipping. A storage fee of $10.00 per day will be charged if item(s) has not been
removed within 60 days of auction close. We reserve the right to end this auction at any time.
DMV fees (title & registration) will be collected from WV residents only. Property belongs
to Henderson Truck and Equipment, Inc. and will be sold F.O.B. Harman, WV.
Any and all claims, disputes and / or other legal proceedings respecting this transaction
shall be settled according to the laws and by the courts of and within the state of West
Virginia, county of Randolph. Said courts will have sole and exclusive venue and
jurisdiction over any such claims, disputes and / or other legal proceedings.
