Selling a 2008 Ford E-450 Medtec Type III Super Duty Ambulance running on a massive 6.0 Liter Power Stroke DIESEL Engine.
This vehicle has recently passed all safety inspections in Illinois and has been Triple K Certified since new.
Mechanically, engine works perfect and the transmission shifts smooth just as it should. Tires and brakes changed within the last 6 months, tires have more than 90% tread life. To say the least, it has been meticulously maintained vehicle by a Suburban Chicago Fire Department. State law mandates it needs to be in optimum condition to be fit for savings lives over the road - so mechanically and cosmetically its in PERFECT WORKING ORDER.
As you see in the photos, this Ambulance has many features which are all in solid working condition; Interior lights, exterior lights/strobes, sirens, radio, oxygen system, invertor for power supply, power windows, locks, mirrors,keyless entry, working gurney(worth over 10K new), and last but not least, a block heater. Cosmetically, the ambulance is in excellent condition inside and out.
