Auction Policies:
If you have zero or negative feedback on eBay please contact us prior to bidding. This way we can work with you on placing a bid. If you chose not to contact us, we reserve the right to cancel your bid.
Winning bidder must contact ATX Truck and Equipment within 24 hours of the auction close via email or phone. The purchase transaction must be completed within7 days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
Taxes and Fees:
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.
Out of State:
ATX Truck and Equipment does not collect sales tax, license, or title fees. Buyer is responsible for their own registration as well as all associated taxes and fees in their home state. All buyers pay a $100 document fee.
Deposit:
We require a $500 deposit within 24 hrs. of winning the auction. Via PayPal or credit card.
Buyer Pickup:
We are conveniently located one mile from Austin International Airport and would be happy to pick you up upon your arrival. If you chose to take a cab we will reimburse your base fare.
