Lot is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm for inspections/pickups.
Inspection times are by appointment only. Pickup times are by appointment only.
Buyer is responsible for all pickup arrangements.
General Terms and Conditions
Successful bidder must contact Andrew with Big Rig Enterprises within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify payment and to discuss pickup. No item will be released until payment is made in full. All equipment is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are binding and final. If you have questions on an item, please contact us before making a bid.
Buyer is responsible for pickup and/or transportation of items.
We require FULL payment within 7 days after auction ends. We accept Cash in Person, Certified Check, or Bank Wire Transfer. Please contact Big Rig Enterprises for Wire Transfer details after auction has ended. We DO NOT accept pay-pal or credit cards
Payment made by wire transfer-payment must be cleared before pickup of any auction item.
Items must be removed within 7 days from payment, unless prior arrangements have been made. Any item not picked up within 7 days may be subject to storage fees of $25 per day.
Fees and Taxes
All Alabama Residents are subject to applicable sales tax.

Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Winning this auction does not entitle you to come inspect the truck and decide if you want to buy it but obligates you to complete the purchase. If you would like to arrange an inspection, we would be happy to schedule a personal appointment with either yourself or your representative.
