2010 GMC 4500 Ambulance 4 Wheel Drive Duramax only 136,000 actual miles on it.This is a 4X4 Ambulance with a Duramax Diesel with a Horton all Aluminum box in very good condition. No Rust and has not been driven in the winter. It was owned by an older couple who bought the truck out of Oregon then traveled in it for a while, I believe health issues caused them to sell it. The Ambulance was converted to 4 wheel drive in May of 2019 by Advanced 4WD Systems out of Sault Lake City Utah, the conversion alone was $18,000. The drive system and front end are all new. The 6.6 Duramax Diesel starts right up with no issues and runs beautiful, with only 136,000 miles it is just getting broken in.
