Full payment in cash (in person) or certified funds must be made within 7 business days after close of auction. The City requires PROOF OF INSURANCE if vehicle will be driven off the lot. Insurance not required if vehicle is towed. Purchaser is responsible for transportation from the City EMS Headquarters. Buyer pays all transportation costs. The City is not responsible for and will not make any removal/transportation arrangements. These arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Inspections: The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. To the best of our knowledge, all identifying deficiencies and mechanical problems are included in the listing and nothing is omitted. Unless otherwise specified in this invitation the property will be available for inspection at the City EMS Headquarters located at 903 S. Commercial St, Harrisonville, MO 64701. Vehicle may be viewed between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Vehicle pick-up will be at the same location and hours.
