We purchased this truck from an insurance company. Truck was originally a white 579 with mini sleeper see listing here Truck tipped over on the right side, damaging mainly cab and sleeper.We had a parts truck that had a perfect cab, but sleeper was damaged. We swapped cabs and purchased a conversion kit to turn into day cab.
All parts minus some interior pieces, door and cab are all from the 52K mile truck.
