The vehicle is a van front and box rear with a door between seats to access rear compartment. At the rear there is a fold down liftgate platform for loading and delivery which when loading goes from ground level to box floor level. Liftgate is a Tommy Gate Model 89A. The box is made by Supreme Mfg. and is 12 ft. over all length it has no rips or tears in box or roof. Tires are in good shape. The air conditioner may need to be recharged due to inactivity it does not blow cold. The van was used as a local moving and storage vehicle, so as it goes it has very little (driving)mileage use over the past 10 years of ownership. It was used maybe 1 month out of every 8 months. The van drives nicely and all lights work .
