Up for sale is a 2001 Ford F-350 XLT Super Duty Type 1 Ambulance by AEV. The truck has a 7.3 L power stroke diesel motor with 106,110 original miles on it, so she is just getting broken in as far as a diesel motor goes. The truck has been on a regular maintenance schedule with regular oil changes since purchased. Both batteries were replaced in February of 2016. Runs and drives well. Truck has no major issues other than regular wear and tear with dings and dents that a 17 year old truck/ambulance would have. The only known issue is one of the driver’s side front leaf springs is snapped, the other two are holding fine. It has been clamped down to the other leaf spring and has been driven this way for the past year. This truck has been the 3rd. due backup ambulance and reserve piece for the past year, we had to take it out of service in 2018 because it has surpassed it’s in service date, otherwise we would have kept it as a spare. Interior is in good condition. All 6 tires are in good condition, tire size LT 235/85R- 16E. Brakes are also in good condition. Truck has power windows, mirrors and steering. Have a complete set of owner’s manuals and AEV ambulance build manuals. This truck is being sold as is, no warranty.
