Here we have a nice repairable Bucket truck for sale at No Reserve.
It is a 2010 Ford F-550 4X4 with only 76,000 miles and was in very clean condition before it suffered damage from a fire that started in the right side engine bay.
It looks to have been electrical and burned out on it"s own before burning the whole truck.
The truck was owned by Duke Energy in North Carolina so it has been down south all it"s life so it is rust free and very clean underneath.
The truck is very repairable and also has a clear title from North Carolina so no salvage rebuild process needed after repairs are made.
What we can see is the wiring harness, hoses, cab repairs, dash replaced, repainting, etc. but we think the engine is fine. We have used engines from fire damage vehicles worse than this for other trucks and just had to replace the top components that were burnt. It has a new fender and the windshield has already been replaced so those are good to go. All in all it will be a fairly straight forward repair for any qualified shop.
These trucks are very expensive in 4-wheel drive and with this type bucket system that includes a pole derrick it will be a valuable truck when done. We have seen prices over $50K for a truck this new with 4X4 and they don"t have the pole derrick attachment. Someone will save a lot of money on this one if they can do the repairs.
We have some parts here if interested. We have the wiring harness here from another truck as well as the dash and other miscellaneous parts that it needs and even a complete white cab if you wanted to change it. We will treat the winning bidder very good on parts prices if they need them after the sale.
Also repairs could be done by us at a later date but our shop is booked up aprox. 6-months right now so buyer would have to be patient. That is the reason I listed the truck on here first.
Truck is being sold AS-IS with the repairs needed and the buyer will be responsible for shipping.
