Vehicle: 1983 GMC Box Truck with 8 cylinder diesel with approx 150,000 miles. Replaced master cylinder, fuel lines, starter, ignition, alternator, breaks, 4 rear tires, coolant system, rebuilt transmission (less than 10,000 miles) from 2011 to 2015. Disclosure: crossed wire causes blinkers to light up instead of break lights, fuel tank inaccurate but easy to understand. The truck starts and runs; it hasn"t been driven, but has been started, since October 2016 so it starts up with some smoke but runs clean after warming. 8-10 second glow plug before start.
Electrical and Gas: Powered by Honda EU6500is silent generator (6500 watts at 52 db) run to electrical panel by licensed electrician; plug in adapter for 110v standard plug overnight or storing truck. Dual 8 gallon propane tank with regulator and switch run to grill, burner and fryer, professionally installed.
Kitchen: working 36 flat top griddle (seasoned), working dual burner gas hot plate (adapted for propane), working Pitco 35 lb tabletop fryer, 72 stainless steel NSF equipment stand, 48 stainless NSF prep table, 3 compartment stainless sink, hand washing sink, 30 gallon fresh water tank with exterior inlet, water pump, 3 gallon water heater, 35 gallon greywater tank with valve, 8" Superior Hoods vent hood with powered fan above truck (ANSUL ready, not included), 60 Sandwich prep refrigerator (needs compressor work, approx. $400 parts and labor), 3 spindle Waring drink mixer for milkshakes (one spindle needs repair). DISCLOSURE: This passes MN State Health Department Standards (check your local regulations). It could use a new floor, about $700 in truck bed epoxy (now USDA approved), and caulking in some areas (I re-caulk every season).
Kitchen tools: 10+ plastic 1/3 hotel pans, 3 stainless 1/3 hotel pans, various bowls, salad spinners, tongs, flippers, condiment bottles, french fry cutter, NSF buckets, serving trays and serving utensils for catering, storage bins, etc.
