Auction is for Cab & Chassis. The 20" box, the generator, the Joboxes beneath the 20" box, and the propane tank are not included in the auction.
Great running Mercedes/Allison combo. There are no significant issues. There is a small coolant leak from metal heater supply line, and the A/C compressor may need to be replaced. I will have them both remedied by Freightliner dealer if the truck sells at asking price, but would require 7-10 days to have that repair/maintenance accomplished.
Steer tires have less than 5k miles on them. Drive tires are much older and have good tread but show signs of the sun. I did not wash them well for the pictures and have mud on them. The look better once cleaned.
I installed Mercedes leather seats. Retained factory air-ride for driver"s seat. I split the rear bench for door access. My next project was to make better seat covers for those rear seats, or to replace them with the front seats I removed. The stock front seats will be included. Access way out of the cab is trimmed in stainless and aluminum. I will make it weather tight with a sheet of plywood or plastic to facilitate a quiet/dry drive home for you.
The RV A/C on the roof is not connected but was functioning when installed. There is a 14 hole cut in the roof for that A/C and is weather tight.
There are some interior pieces missing or broken. The rear headliner was removed for the RV A/C and curtains. Where you access the rear doors, the plastic kick panels that you step on are cracked. They are easily replaceable and cheap. The driver side mirror has several cracks. Functions as a mirror should but noteworthy. The volume knob on the radio is missing, but you can still adjust volume without the plastic knob.
I replaced the wimpy front bumper with a more appropriate piece of steel from Poland. If you don"t like it, I"m not selling you this truck. Kidding; I will find a stock bumper for you and will gladly keep this one.
The grille has a crack in the lower left / driver side corner. Not affecting anything really.
The windshield wiper sprayer sometimes stops working sporadically (10%), I"ll make sure it is reliable or will replace it before you pick the truck up. I have a new set of wiper blades on hand along with a serpentine belt too.
The rear tailgate lift works great, only part of the fold out ramp is missing. I removed it to allow the tailgate to be more suitable as a work bench.
Where you see the generator is a very strong bracket that can hold a very heavy toolbox or generator.
After the sale I will require a weekend to remove the equipment not included.
