The Ultimate Off-road 4x4 Tour Vehicle. Rare custom-build job. Only a few in the world built before Hummer corporation won in court on a cease and desist. The motor is a Chevrolet 454, less than 52,000 miles. Fiberglass body built on an extended 1981 Chevrolet K-30 chassis. No rust. 4x4 locking hubs in the front. Transmission was rebuilt in 2012 and has less than 30,000 miles on it. Vehicle seats 9 adults easily but has the ability to fit as many as 14. I would only run over 9 passengers if I was hauling my kids and their friends around for a birthday party or camping trip.
I purchased the vehicle in 2005 with 8,000 miles on it. I was doing 4x4 wine tours in Southern California. I would keep it at a winery and use another passenger van to round up customers. The off-road trail was a 10-mile loop into the surrounding hills on well-groomed trails and back to the winery. That is why the mileage is rather low on the motor. My son is in college now and I wish to sell so I can make tuition bills.
If you are a sports enthusiast, I always thought the yellow and black would look great with Steelers or Rams or Chargers logos to pull into the parking lots for tail-gating. Wherever I go, people go nuts!
