Vehicle is in good running condition, not new and not perfect but more than good enough for the job.
Good tires, power steering, automatic transmission. Sliding side pocket doors, single seat , cargo area accessible from the driver cabin area. Large double doors at rear.Lots of LED lighting & plenty of room in the cargo area to access equipment. Most equipment in cargo area is new.
Van comes complete with triple sink with drain boards, hand was sink, freezer, refrigerator, stainless steel prep area, stainless steel sales area, sliding customer window with screen, stainless steel shelves for chip bins, wall baskets for muffins, candy, etc. Hot water tank, water pump, fresh water and grey water tanks installed and everything works. Currently powered an 12Volt to 120AC *Inverter (see note below for details). Outdoor marine speakers with music player and separate player for ice cream music installed and working.
