Up for auction is a Low Mileage 1986 International S1900 Utility Altec Boom Digger Bucket Truck with 50205 miles. The boom is a Sterling D880A with an Altec Body Serial: 14-97139 with outside cabinets, truck bed and rear steps. It has an airline, outriggers, side bucket and digger. The crane is serial:0586D1257. It has 20 wheels steel gray rims with all good tire tread. The engine runs very good and the transmission is a 5 speed with hi and lo splitting the axle. The interior is in nice shape for the year, no A/C, has a brown vinyl bench seat and brow headliner in good shape. It is PTO driven, we have operated the outriggers and the crane and rotated it and let the rope down. Not quite sure how to let the digger down or operate the bucket but someone may know how to easily. The body has one area behind the drivers rear fender flare at the bottom that has a rot piece about 3 missing in the sheet metal(see pics). The boom extends 40ft above ground from what the tag reads, we can send you the exact specs height, extended, raised and lowered if needed. The wheelbase is 152 Good for digging telephone poles and working on the lines too with the bucket, could also work nice for cutting down trees or any kind of building work and high areas. It is a 1986 the under door skins and rockers look great, the rear body has some minor bubbling and rust spots, the frame is solid but will have some flaking off top layer metal. The engine is an international DT466 turbo diesel. It has hydraulic brakes. We drove the truck 70 miles to our dealership from where we bought it. It is not a speed demon but it does drive very good, max speed is 60mph. The hour meter reads 6,334 hours.
