For sale is a 1981 International Transter II cabover. We purchased this truck over the summer of last year to add to our small business, but have decided to close our business and sell off the assets.
She has a Big Cam 350 Cummins with a 9 spd transmission, a new turbo installed last September and a Dot inspection on Nov 2020. Fresh oil change, rear end fluid, oil and air filters and greased fittings/suspension.
Purchased with +700K miles, and previous owner stated odometer went out before parking the truck for sale. I put less than 5K on her.
There is a small dent on the driver side rear cab that was present when I purchased the truck and does not hinder functionality.
2 of the four batteries are brand new AGM Platinum Die hard batteries.
A 2000 watt inverter with 200 amp breaker.
New washer fluid pump.
Nearly new driver seat in perfect condition.
She is very road worthy as she is. There is a list of little things that need to be done, but she can be put right to work just as she is.
She starts right up in moderate weather, but a little slow when it is colder. She will puff smoke for about the first 5 minutes on a cold start, but clean for the rest of the day.
It can be driven away and put to work. Insurance good until mid month and can be thoroughly road tested. Delivery can be negotiated.
