I purchased this truck in San Diego Calif. 4 years ago, drove it to NE Oregon and made one trip to Yakima Wa. with it. That"s the furtherest it has been driven since I bought it. When the Prev. owner had the eng. overhauled at about 193K miles the Dealership installed a new head because the rebuild wasn"t going to meet his time deadline. The engine runs like a top and the previous owner said he"s never run it over 72 mph and neither have I. The other owner had a International he ran out so when he had this one built by Golden West he had all the right stuff done. The Century 10 Series steel carrier has extra cross members in it so the bed has no dips or wrinkles but some of the black paint is showing wear. He added $700+ magnesium wheel chocks for the stinger, The Allison 5 speed is a perfect match and I didn"t make it to the first stop sign before I knew the auto was the right decision with that Cat. there are garbage/Diesel/Gas can racks Left and Right and full length trays covered by the bed when lowered. pinch bar, signal flares/flags, broom, shovel, trash cans, axe/pulaskie, 2 ton floor jack, trailer balls, tow lights, air hose, Condor Motorcycle dolly (used twice) all included with other stuff. The truck is service ready. I have a clear title and every owners manual that came with this truck when it was built and though I know the previous owner did plenty of maintenance to it he retained or didn"t keep the records as I asked about them. This part of NE Oregon doesn"t offer sufficient business to justify owning this kind of equipment and after 4 years I am moving onto other endeavors. I am tiring of the idea of being on call 24/7 and am retired twice over! I removed the rather expensive radios. I had two meter FM and CB radios plus a scanner. I left the nice Larson antennas & associated leads & pwr. conn. because it was a nice installation and looks right. . and I have others! The wiring for the external Public Address speaker is intact also but I kept the speaker. Should the next owner desire these we can talk about it. I had them mounted on a nice hard to find rack, see photos. The AC and Heater work fine but as mentioned the blower fan is starting to make some noise. Everything works as it should and defects are limited to the as mentioned lighting, lower black paint & the un-installed turn signal/cruise control actuator. The truck is registered as 25,950 lbs. so as to avoid having to have a combination license to drive it but I think it is underrated, not sure how that is figured.I put new Firestone drivers on it and they have less than 200 miles on them and I put new ones on the rear (not caps) and I"m sure they have less than 400 miles on them. Hopefully I"ve answered most questions here. You"ll be hard pressed to find as nice a truck as this unless you look at considerably newer stuff. I"ve really liked and enjoyed this truck and would like to keep it but just can"t justify that, besides it is a commercial vehicle through and through. The next owner will get a very fair deal as I doubt something like this shows up for sale very often.

“Truck is in very good condition. I'm the 2nd owner moving on to other endeavors. Engine has less than 30K miles on factory rebuild. Truck has factory reinforced Century bed, new tires and being sold with much equipment inc. motorcycle dolly service ready. 2 Meter and CB Larson Antennas inc. Everything works except LF fender flasher doesn't flash with overhead beacons, cab blower motor makes noise, some dash lights burned out, I have a new turn signal actuator (not installed) because the cruise control is intermittent, brakes should be 60%, maybe better. I've put about 5,000 miles on this truck in 4 years and have only driven it in the summer so being a Southern Calif. truck it's never operated in snow. Radiator has modified conn. for EZ Maintenance, Cab has xtra 12vdc pwr. outlets. I and the prev. owner babied this truck and it shows. I'm not eager to sell it but sure can't justify owning it any longer either and it will be a asset to the future owner.”
